APPLIED CORRUGATED
PACKAGING COURSE
Covering all aspects of paper and corrugated board manufacture from samples to specification through to production. This course is designed to up-skill existing or train new personnel working in the Corrugated Packaging Sector.
It focuses on everything from paper liners and fluting choices through the conversion processes, printing, box performance, sustainability and quality issues and checks.
Format:
One day face-to-face 09:00-17:30 (In-house company session* – 10 people max)
or
Two online half day sessions e.g. 09:00-13:00 (Company bookings or shared training)
Who should attend:
Personnel in Sales, CSR, Quality, Procurement, Operations, Design, NPD and Commercial Departments will all benefit from the course.

Learning Outcomes:
Student will come away with a really good appreciation of paper, board and box production. They will also have a keen understanding of box styles, allowances, specifications, technical performance factors and quality issues. Essentially, it will bring new or less experienced members of staff up to a higher level of understanding, helping them grow with the business.
Cost:
Company Booking – Face-to-Face* or On-line – €1,500 per group booking (approx. 10 pax).
